Many young people today finish from secondary school knowing so much about their school books but so little or nothing about how to handle their personal lives. They are often at a loss on how to handle real life situations they are faced with. Parents and teachers have been telling them to concentrate on studies by reading their books and making the best of grades, and they often do, but nobody tells them to study and understand themselves. A lot is expected from them on how to meander the bumpy road after secondary school, but only a little or nothing is given to guide them through, they mostly find out things rightly or wrongly, through the traditional trial and error approach.
