Though highly populated with people of outstanding talents; it lacks leaders who could lead the people of Kitoto to actualize their numerous potential. Most of its citizens are unemployed, while many of its workers in various institutions and organizations are poorly paid. This has contributed to the many crises and strike actions in the state.
